There is a universal principle in ISO standardisation; it is called the PLAN- DO-CHECK-ACT principle. PLAN involves establishing the aims and creates a draft of the plan. This involves analysing the company’s current systems, establish the objectives, to ascertain interim targets and to have another plan to reach these targets and have a review of them. DO is to put all the plans into action. CHECK- All the actual results are measured against the planned objectives ACT- Plans have to be made better to get the plan results.
